Michael, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with JENGAI so far.

Could you, please, share what were the top three challenges your business was facing that made you think about implementing JENGAI?

Michael Ansari (Founder and CEO, Axis Interior Systems, Inc.):

Of course! The main challenges I wanted to overcome were:

  • Accuracy of bidding.
  • Keeping all project information centralized in one location.
  • The risk of vulnerable data being taken from the company.

Interviewer:

How quickly did you see noticeable improvements after implementing JENGAI?

Michael:

Some improvements were notable within a couple of weeks, while others are still coming—it’s definitely a process.

An undeniable improvement has been the ability to quickly and efficiently set up a project in our Salesforce through our integration with JENGAI. This was a very quick and complete process which saved us tons of time in manual entry of each bid.

Interviewer:

What has been the biggest transformation in your business since using JENGAI?

Michael:

The biggest change has been moving our bidding platform from Excel to JENGAI.

It made a huge difference. The ability to utilize data that is generated and a system much more robust, compared to an excel spreadsheet. This is a massive advantage, that provides consistancy and accuracy in our proposals, as well as helps to avoid operator mistakes, which are quite common in bidding with spreadsheet.

Interviewer:

How measurable were the changes you started seeing after implementing JENGAI?

Michael:

The reason we have not seen the big efficiency boost so far is because we haven’t yet started to fully use the platform. We are working on a lot of customizations with the JENGAI team, to make sure the platform seamlessly integrates with our business processes and current system.

The real impact will come once we begin transferring data to Salesforce and creating our proposals directly in JENGAI instead of Excel. That will definitely be a game changer for us.

Michael:

Michael:

I truly believe that this software will become a game-changer. As more enhancements take place, it will become increasingly valuable in operating and running the business.
